In the WPL 2025 league stage, five teams compete in a round-robin league, with each team playing opposite teams twice. The top team automatically qualifies for the March 15 final. Below, we will tell you about the entire squad detail of all the 5 teams participating in the WPL.

The WPL season will consist of 22 matches. The final will be played on March 15 at the Brabourne Stadium situated in Mumbai. The BCCI intends to share 80% of competition profits with franchise owners throughout the first five years. Franchises will earn 60% over the next five seasons. From Seasons 11 through 15, the share will be 50%. Also, franchises will receive 80% of the money from central licensing rights. Teams can also generate revenue through merchandise, ticket sales, and advertising.

Meg Lanning (DC) has the league’s most runs (676). Sophie Devine (RCB) has the best individual score, with 99 against GG on March 18, 2023. Nobody has scored a century in the WPL thus far. The highest partnership of 162 runs was recorded by Shafali Verma and Meg Lanning (DC) against RCB. Verma also has the most sixes (33) while Meg Lanning has the most fifties (6). Sophie Ecclestone (UPW) had taken the most wickets (27) while Ellyse Perry (RCB) has the best bowling stats of 6/15 versus MI. Delhi Capitals had the highest total (223/2) and Gujarat Giants had the lowest (64).
